Aureli, oltre agli ortaggi confezionati per la GDO, fornisce carote fresche lavate per uso Industria (settore fresco, IV e V gamma) in svariate tipologie, confezionamenti e formati. In particolare: carote intere lavate, carotoni per industria, carote intere pelate, carote intere scollettate, carote tagliate in pezzi.

Le Baby Carrot sono il risultato del processo di trasformazione di particolari tipologie di carote che presentano caratteristiche organolettiche specifiche come, ad esempio, l'assenza o la scarsa consistenza del cilindro centrale legnoso. Inoltre sono molto ricche di Beta-Carotene. Esse vengono confezionate in vari calibri, in buste per alimenti di formato standard, o secondo le richieste del cliente.

Carrot fettuccine consist of thin strips of fresh carrots (0.8-1 cm wide and 25-30 cm long); they can be eaten raw or boiled for a few minutes and seasoned with olive oil or spices. They are placed between the julienne and the baby carrot: they can therefore be used as a salad, but also as an ingredient to make vegetable-based pasta or even in an imaginative mix with various fruits.
